About Nicole

I’m Nicole Jones, founder of Embodhi. I get work relationships right.
Embodhi is all about elevating the visceral experience of work. Because it’s the feelings, events, difficulties, and triumphs we experience in the workplace that makes the workplace…work. But they’re not always right. There can be resentment, lack of clarity, lack of vision, too much process, or too little communication. Those are the ingredients of relationships at work, and they need to get right before they can get better.
Whether you’re a growing nonprofit, school system, progressive organization or individual leader, Embodhi helps you embrace and live out the experiences you want at work. We talk through the issues, diagnose what’s going on, and then collaboratively experience something different. Not through too-long presentations or complicated org-charts, but through interaction, discussion, sharing hard truths, and imagining new futures. It’s about getting in a room together and going on a journey – guiding you towards the embodiment of where you want to be at work and beyond.
Every engagement with Embodhi is an engagement with self and others. It starts with having the right relationship with one’s own embodiment. Whether through mindfulness, connective discussion or experiential art, we connect first with ourselves so that we can connect better together. Then, we challenge ourselves to have the tough conversations, hopeful vision, and strategic alignment to bring new work experiences to life.
